Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into user stories, specifications, and actionable solutions.

Apply Design Thinking to identify gaps, improve processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Recommend suitable technologies and delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall) based on project needs.

Support deployment, change requests, and issue resolution to ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in IT business analysis.

Experience in full software development lifecycle, preferably Agile.

Good understanding of UX, web technologies, and security best practices.

Basic understanding of CI/CD is a plus point
