As the

Salesforce Architect , you’ll serve as a senior technical leader shaping the future of our Salesforce platform. In this highly influential role, you’ll define and drive the Salesforce product vision, setting the technical strategy and championing innovation across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, translating business needs into scalable, high‑value solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with both long‑term strategy and immediate business objectives. Leveraging deep expertise across Salesforce architecture, along with strong technical and functional knowledge, you’ll guide design decisions, influence stakeholders, and ensure the platform evolves in a secure, performant, and sustainable way.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements.

Translate requirements into well‑architected Salesforce platform solutions that can be leveraged across business units and markets.

Lead technical design sessions & document technical solutions. Provide leadership to use 'out of the box' first approach where feasible.

Provide technical oversight on projects.

Evaluate new Salesforce technologies and innovation to bring value.

A hands‑on coding experience is essential to apply where necessary and lead complex trouble‑shooting problems to resolution.

Support code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.

Participate in other activities such as discovery and technical deep‑dive sessions, Proof‑Of‑Concept (POC) development for future projects.

Liaise with Salesforce product and support teams to develop technical roadmaps.

Product performance, financial management and quality assurance – monitor and optimize technology stack, track and report on value realized to governing bodies.

What you have:

12+ years of architecture experience with a minimum of 9 years in Salesforce platform.

8+ years of proven development experience building global scalable Salesforce applications integrating with ERP, WMS, and 3rd party applications.

Hands‑on expert‑level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, CG Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce/OMS, and Experience Cloud.

Systems architecture expertise with ability to design scalable performance‑driven solutions.

Expertise in key design patterns, large data volume processing and load testing.

Expertise with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and data integration.

Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).

Active Salesforce certifications are required.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent is required.

$145,000 - $165,000

annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
