Responsibilities
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurantโs profits
Evaluate daily operations
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
