About Feranse
Feranse is building the easiest way to connect ERPs with other essential platforms. We’re developing AI-powered tools that automate repetitive interactions between systems, helping businesses save time, reduce errors, and scale operations. With a strong product foundation and early traction, we’re ready to grow. We’re now looking for a commercially minded third co‑founder to take ownership of our sales strategy and lead our go‑to‑market efforts.
The Role
As CCO, you’ll be responsible for the entire commercial function: revenue strategy, early customer acquisition, partnerships, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution. You’ll join two experienced co‑founders — one focused on technology, the other on product, operations and finance — and play a central role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. Your work will be critical in validating product‑market fit and building the commercial engine to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include developing our go‑to‑market plan, owning early‑stage sales, defining pricing and positioning, nurturing strategic partnerships, and tracking key commercial metrics. You’ll work directly with customers and prospects, refine messaging based on real feedback, and lay the foundation for repeatable growth.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who’s done this before — or is ready to do it now. You’re a seasoned entrepreneur or operator who thrives in early‑stage environments. You’ve led or significantly contributed to the commercial success of a product, company, or business unit, ideally in B2B SaaS or operational tech. You move quickly, adapt easily, and combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’re focused on outcomes, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong sense of ownership.

More specifically, you bring experience leading or building go‑to‑market and sales in an early‑stage company. You’ve closed deals, built trust with customers, and know how to navigate complex buying environments. You understand the importance of finding product‑market fit and are relentless about unlocking it. You communicate clearly, prioritize what matters, and bring energy to the team.
