Title: Project Control Officer (AI Delivery) Role Overview The AI Delivery Lead plays a critical support role in the successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions. This position works alongside Project Managers to ensure coordination across AI, Data, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams. Rather than owning technical design or overall project leadership, this role focuses on delivery orchestration, risk visibility, production readiness coordination, and ensuring predictable, compliant execution across the AI lifecycle. This is a senior coordination role requiring strong stakeholder management, structured delivery oversight, and the ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments. Key Responsibilities Delivery Coordination & Planning Maintain an integrated delivery plan from discovery through production. Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional commitments. Ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and delivery expectations set by Project Managers. Monitor and flag risks related to: data readiness security & compliance scalability & integration Track cross-team dependencies and escalate conflicts early. Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure decision visibility. Production & Deployment Readiness Coordinate activities required for production-grade delivery, including: transition & handover planning architecture, security, and compliance checkpoints support model and incident response readiness post-production ownership alignment Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Support clear and concise delivery updates. Translate technical progress into business-friendly summaries. Act as a secondary point of contact for delivery-related questions. Success Measures Success in this role is defined by: AI solutions move smoothly from prototype to production. Risks and dependencies are surfaced early. Releases meet security, performance, and reliability standards. Stakeholders receive clear, aligned updates. Technical teams remain focused with reduced coordination overhead. Required Experience & Skills 8+ years supporting delivery of complex digital, data, or AI initiatives. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in matrixed environments. Working knowledge of: AI/ML delivery lifecycles Agile methodologies & enterprise release processes Strong capabilities in: communication with technical & business audiences Nice to Have PMP or Six Sigma certification Experience supporting enterprise AI or advanced analytics programs
