The Senior Consultant, Outcome Based Testing is a senior member of an independent Chief Administrative Office (CAO)
team executing Fee Integrity discipline for the Personal & Business Banking (PBB) and Commercial Banking & Wealth Management (CBWM) products, processes and business rules specifics. Main objective is to constantly ensure that high impact credit card product and transactional fees are applied to our clients as expected, through data mining and analysis supported by constant collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners, as well as any external 3rd party vendors engaged. Monitor fees charged to clients on an ongoing basis. Ensure Fee Integrity validation capabilities can assess the entire portfolio on an ongoing basis to ensure fees are accurate and as per business expectation. The mandate will be to support the stand-up, development, maintenance of processes, analyzing capabilities and execution of fee integrity capabilities. This includes activities to assess the impact for PBB & CBWM Segment Business Units, spanning from identifying critical product and transactional fees for respective Product Lines, to designing corresponding analysis approach by leveraging applicable data/policies/business rules to validating expected business outcomes related to product and transactional fees against Client/actual production outcomes. Also includes presentations and walkthroughs of observations from the fee integrity analysis.**Cross-Functional Relationships** - Subject Matter Expert for PBB & CBWM Product teams, Business Controls, Technology and other Line of Defense stakeholders on clarifications, training and refresher walkthroughs on content of the Fee Integrity Framework, Guidelines and Best Practices. Partner and maintain ongoing open communication with transparency with primary stakeholders within the PBB & CBWM business areas to ensure oversight and alignment on Fee Integrity Testing activities and deliverables. Maintain ongoing productive working relationships with other stakeholders across functions such as Segments Business Units (SBU), various Technology teams across the enterprise, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, SBU Finance, Strategy Project Management Office, Strategic Growth Initiatives Office, amongst others. Play a key role in supporting and executing the vendor management discipline within the CAO business unit and managing multiple aspects of the vendor relationship. Support the delivery of vendor services for this function, including vendor relationship and contract management.* **You can demonstrate experience.** Practical knowledge and experience in test management discipline, from reviewing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test results. Experience evaluating alternatives and providing recommendations on best fit to fees testing for Personal, Business, and Commercial banking products. Experience in Business Controls role(s).
