Journeyman/woman Mechanic

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in their trade, demonstrating both technical expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Execute various tasks related to the specific trade, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide effective solutions. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Document work performed and report progress to supervisors.

Skills

Proficient in the relevant trade skills with a solid understanding of industry standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with safety practices and regulations within the industry. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
