We’re seeking a talented and highly experienced Senior Designer to join our agency team. In this role, you’ll lead complex design projects across our client portfolio, ranging from brand identity and visual systems to package design, digital, and print execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and account teams, providing design leadership, mentorship, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate brings exceptional design expertise, a refined creative eye, and the ability to translate business and marketing strategy into visually compelling and effective solutions. This position is an 18-month parental leave contract. Key Areas of Accountability

Lead the design process from concept through execution across brand and print projects Present and defend design concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, consistency, and brand integrity Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and scope Apply feedback critically and elevate work with a focus on strategic outcomes Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and techniques, bringing innovation to projects Skills & Qualifications

Deep passion for design and helping organizations achieve their marketing and creative goals Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field Agency or design firm experience of 7+ years, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, concept development, and execution across multiple mediums Strong conceptual thinker, being able to bring strategy to life through smart design Exceptional design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling Proven experience in package design within the CPG space Clear understanding of production processes and ability to deliver production-ready files Expertise in current design tools; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Additional skills in Figma, social, digital, 3D, illustration, animation, or photography is a plus Ability to solve problems strategically through design and communicate solutions effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in collaborative team environments Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to take initiative while balancing multiple priorities Confidence in presenting work to clients and leading creative discussions Success Measurements

Quality of design and ideas Timeliness of delivery (meets agreed upon project deadlines) Accountable for time spent on projects, ensuring it is within budget Shared NPS Score >50 for all clients in portfolio with Marketing Managers Other metrics or indicators of Customer Satisfaction/etc. may be added over time as required to align with Company and/or Team goals The Person

Reports to: Executive Creative Director (ECD) Department: Creative Feedback & Coaching: Weekly/Bi-Weekly 1:1 w/ ECD Annual and mid-year review of personal development plan w/ ECD What You Get
