About the Opportunity
Business Partnering & Performance Support
Partner with operations and functional leaders to provide financial insights that support business performance
Translate financial and operational data into clear analysis and recommendations
Support management decision making through timely and accurate financial reporting
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecast processes
Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends
Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L analysis and key performance metrics
Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis
Manufacturing & Working Capital Analysis
Assist Cost Accountants with analysis of manufacturing costs, margins, and overhead absorption
Assist Cost Accountants with inventory, WIP, and working capital analysis
Contribute to cash flow forecasting and monitoring
Process Improvement & Ad Hoc Analysis
Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and models
Support automation and reporting enhancements in collaboration with finance and IT
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred
5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or operational finance
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments is an asset
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear communicator who can partner cross functionally and explain financial insights to nonfinance stakeholders
Comfortable working in a hands on, fast paced environment with accountability for results
Salary Range
$100,000 - $110,000 / year
