Responsibilities: Providing leadership, guidance and support to the project team and subject matter experts; creates and maintains all models/artifacts/diagrams as it relates to establishing a solution Update, develop and validate all required solution architecture models/artifacts, documents and materials (according to industry best practices, GO-ITS standards and OPS EA guidelines using the appropriate version) Collaborates with cluster staff, project teams, ministry Subject Matter Expert (SME) and other OPS partners/service providers to ensure architecture alignment Develops artifacts leveraging cluster/ministry tools and model repository (e.g. PowerDesigner, DevOps) Identify issues and risks to be managed or addressed, and assist the project team or ministry to facilitate mitigation Arrange and facilitate validation sessions Develop/revise solution architecture artifacts according to cluster and corporate guidance Participate in review and information-sharing meetings Support Agile Enterprise Architecture (EA) delivery during the project Develop reference architecture artifacts/models/patterns to enable shared use for future clients Arrange and facilitate Enterprise Architecture (EA) meetings with cluster staff, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders as required Support the process of acquiring cluster and corporate approvals, such as Project Gating, LRC cluster governance processes, and corporate architecture governance points (AGP) Provide status updates to both the project team and the Enterprise Architecture unit Provide transfer of knowledge and project deliverables to identified cluster staff Adhere to all OPS GO-ITS Standards, specifically
