page.**BCI is looking for a Senior Advisor, Corporate Reporting & Measurement for a 24-month fixed term. If you excel when working with complexity, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy transforming investment results into compelling narratives, with a passion for measurement-driven communications, we'd love to hear from you.****This 24-month opportunity can be based in either our Victoria or Vancouver office, with a strong preference for Victoria, and includes all benefits available to permanent employees.** Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Reporting & Digital Platforms, the Senior Advisor, Corporate Reporting & Measurement drives content production and execution for BCI's corporate publications and various special projects. They also assist with project management and support the implementation and maintenance of the communications measurement framework.## WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH within the Office of the COO and plays a crucial role in Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, business, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, content production, or corporate reporting, in the investment or financial sector Experience supporting the production of corporate publications and reports (e.g., annual reports, stewardship reports); knowledge of brand standards and regulatory requirements Effective communication skills, including strong writing and editing abilities, attention to detail, and experience in multi-media communication Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExperience with communications measurement and data analysis; ability to interpret and analyze data to inform strategies Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in using AI tools and software for content creation, analysis, and distribution is a strong assetSupports the Manager with project management, actively contributing to content preparation, coordinating inputs, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirementsExecutes specific tasks and workstreams within special one-off projects, such as ad-hoc corporate communications campaigns, large multi-media projects, and improvement initiatives, under the direction of the ManagerContributes to project plans, managing deadlines for assigned components, and ensuring successful delivery of allocated responsibilitiesThis role can be based in either our Victoria or Vancouver office, with a strong preference for Victoria.The annualized salary range for this role is CAD $103,000-$124,000At BCI, we value diversity and foster an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive.
