Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director/Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the overall operations of our assisted living facility. The Executive Director will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive community, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compassionate professionals, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.

Oversee the daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain a strong presence within the facility, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and facility growth.

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation.
