Manager, Division Admin (Division of Radiological Sciences)
The Manager oversees the general administrative team, ensuring that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively to support the Division's strategic goals. The job duties include the following:
Manage day-to-day administrative functions within Division of Radiological Sciences.
Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee work protocols, documentation and communication processes across the division.
Assist the Senior Assistant Director and Division leadership to formulate and implement strategic plans including the preparation of proposal/paper writing, collection of data and analysis to help decision making.
Coordinate joint projects between departments and work with key stakeholders in the planning for new projects and services, and improvement to existing services aimed at improving radiological services and patient outcomes.
Supervise administrative staff within the General Admin team, providing guidance and support.
Draft and develop SOPs for key administrative processes within the Division.
Facilitate the right sizing exercise for administrative posts within the Division.
Manage the issuance of division appointments, ensuring balanced representation across departments.
Provide secretariat support to clinical or operational workgroups/committees within the Division and SGH. Assist with the scheduling and logistics, and work with the Chairperson to collate and plan the agenda, draft/record minutes for documentation, and track and monitor progress on action items with relevant stakeholders.
Any projects as assigned by the Senior Assistant Director in support of the Division’s strategic objectives, operational needs, and priorities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in staff supervision and team leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
