Job Description
The Lead Digital Product Owner (Director) role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the enterprise-wide strategy for public web platforms and domain rationalization. This role directly advances our mission by enhancing the quality, performance, and customer experience of our public digital ecosystem—ensuring customers have a modern, consistent, and secure web experience. You will lead high‑impact delivery initiatives, drive cross‑functional alignment, and guide the evolution of our domain portfolio. This is a chance to influence enterprise digital strategy, work with advanced Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, and lead a team focused on measurable business and customer outcomes.
Position Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the enterprise domain strategy, including lifecycle governance, naming standards, URL taxonomy, and decommission planning.
Own the delivery roadmap for public site features, platform enhancements, migrations, and content capabilities, ensuring predictable and high‑quality execution.
Partner with architecture, engineering, and platform teams to ensure adherence to technical guardrails, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance requirements.
Manage internal stakeholders and consulting partners, establishing ways of working, SLAs, and data‑driven delivery practices while driving change management for domain consolidation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in digital product ownership or delivery leadership for enterprise websites.
Deep experience with domain strategy, redirect planning, and platform migration.
Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies (AEM Cloud, Analytics, Target, Launch, AJO) and headless CMS architectures.
Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM/GEO and technical SEO during site rebuilds and migrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, insurance).
Expertise in web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and content governance frameworks.
Advanced Agile leadership experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), including backlog management and cross‑team dependency resolution.
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, marketing, and executive sponsors.
Experience leading vendor teams and optimizing partner performance, cost, and delivery throughput.

Salary range is expected to be between
$125,100.00 CAD - $175,100.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
