The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Learning Business Partner to join our team in the human resources department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Canada organizational development team in Mirabel and Mobile, as well as with the Airbus group Academies in Europe.
You will be part of the learning solution development team responsible for optimizing, evolving and maintaining the training offer for the A220 program. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Learning Business Partner will be to develop and maintain the best effective and innovative learning solutions consistent with the company's vision, to manage projects as well as to lead networks of experts.

Challenges
Develop, adapt, and/or facilitate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) learning activities;
Conduct a strategic analysis of training needs to define the required learning paths based on job positions, professions, and populations, in line with the Airbus Group's priorities.
Support functions in the creation of SOJT (On-Job Training) for health and safety certifications.
Participate in the creation of annual integrated training plans and the skills management strategy for all employees at the Mirabel site.
Implement and execute the necessary actions to ensure the compliance of our training and the maintenance of our certifications according to the requirements defined by the HSE team.
Participate in the search for external HSE training providers and support and evaluate external trainers to ensure compliance with content delivery.
Work closely with various HSE stakeholders, including the HSE team, internal clients, union representatives, HSE experts from other sites (Europe, USA, etc.), and workers.
Develop and maintain effective and innovative learning solutions (architecture, content, educational monitoring, cost rationalization).
Design, propose, and develop training programs consistent with the company's skills development strategy and key stakeholders.
Measure the overall performance and effectiveness of learning solutions.
Manage the trainer qualification process (external and internal).
Participate in training compliance validation processes.
Manage projects and lead expert networks; consult with various levels of the organization's hierarchy to identify skill gaps and learning needs, in line with business and HR strategy.
Qualifications
University level studies in pedagogy, corporate training, organizational development or a related field (adult education, project management, business management) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating / managing the learning solutions OR 5 years of experience in learning management.
Cumulative experience in HSE, training management and as a trainer (ideally in the unionized manufacturing sector), including at least 5 years in occupational health and safety.
Excellent interpersonal, written, listening and oral communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships of trust.
Ability to influence, without authority, by involving people and developing results-oriented action plans.
Ability and interest in teamwork.
Expected language skills: French advanced; English intermediate.
Google suite savy (asset).
Experience in change management (asset).
This position may involve business travel (to the United States/Europe) on an exceptional basis.
