Finance Business Partner - FP&A (Insurance) Join a leading Canadian financial services co‑operative focused on building a sustainable, resilient society. As part of the national Finance team, you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis, support strategic decision‑making, and drive business performance.

Position:

Corporate FP&A Consultant / Finance Business Partner (Insurance)

Location:

Toronto, ON / Guelph, ON / Burlington, ON (Hybrid)

Duration:

18+ Month Contract / Permanent

Language:

English required; French an asset

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and trends impacting business results.

Develop financial models and frameworks to support decision‑making and project evaluation.

Present analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Support enterprise‑wide initiatives, including project evaluations within the ETO and EPMO.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

CPA, CFA, or CBV designation preferred.

Advanced analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.

Innovative mindset with the ability to influence change and improve processes.
