Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Regional Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Collaborate with Business Line Managers (BLMs) to develop and execute national and regional sales, territory management, and business development strategies.

Drive profitable sales and service growth across Canada, expanding market share across all divisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers’ headquarters and operational leadership teams, ensuring coordination with BLMs and internal stakeholders.

Partner with the Global Customer Relationships team to develop strategies for targeted account growth.

Align regional organizations with the Management Team to ensure consistent governance, processes, and compliance with Epiroc standards.

Establish systems for regular territory management reviews, business performance follow‑ups, and accurate monitoring of market and customer share.

Ensure teams are trained and updated on Epiroc’s and competitors’ products, technologies, and applications.

Maintain an equitable and motivational incentive program aligned with Epiroc standards.

Collaborate with the finance team to define performance metrics and maintain transparency across regions.

Contribute to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives and other strategic projects.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for regional managers and their teams.

Serve as a key member of the Management Team, contributing to company strategy, performance, and brand reputation.

Build and maintain professional networks across regions and industry associations.

Analyze market intelligence and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior management.

Optimize the product and solutions mix for the Canadian market, identifying new channels and market opportunities.

Develop and execute annual marketing and product promotion plans in collaboration with BLMs.

Leverage sales tools and analytics to assess market coverage, customer engagement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of related experience.

Experience with sales processes and strategies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of the Canadian mining market.

Proven leadership of a large sales organization.

Strong people skills that inspire motivation and aspiration.

Excellent organizational and vision‑setting abilities.

Sound business acumen.
