What you’ll bring to the table:

2 to 6 years of courtroom experience in civil litigation

Strong interest or familiarity with commercial tenancy law and insolvency issues

Proven ability to draft pleadings, conduct discoveries, and manage files through all litigation stages

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness in fast‑paced environments

A high level of professionalism complemented by a strong work ethic

Nice to have:

Prior exposure to insolvency‑related commercial tenancy disputes

Experience working within or alongside multidisciplinary legal groups

Confidence in court appearances at various levels of the judiciary

Preferred education and experience:

Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution

Demonstrated success in managing civil litigation cases from start to finish

Additional requirements:

Willingness to participate actively in firm meetings and collaborative teams

Ability to work three days a week in the office and two remotely, with most team members working full five‑day weeks
