SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead

Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to join their project in April 2026 and will run for 9 - 12 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 15 + years of experience with Employee Central (EC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC, including strategy, design, build, and delivery of implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with deep expertise in EC and S/4HANA, combined with the skills to drive change in an environment built on decades of custom processes. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 days per week Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Employee Central (EC) to modernize SuccessFactors (SF) after 30+ years of customizations degraded the system.

Support EC implementation and S4 integration.

Assist with Optimization of Time, Compensation Management, and Succession.

Experience with multiple releases of SAP.

Advocate for standard EC practices, challenge custom processes, and manage the vendor.

Challenge the standard and norms and Take ownership.

Perform hands-on configuration when required to avoid vendor change requests, when required.

Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
