Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
Oversee project execution, progress monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and regulatory obligations.
Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site teams.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff training and development.
Mentor and groom future leaders within the Project Department.
Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification.
Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients.
Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction.
Set and adjust priorities to meet the Companyโs strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively.
Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experiences in LTA (MRT) relevant projects
Good leadership skills, project management, budget management etc
