As an

Intermediate Project Engineer

in our

Kelowna Infrastructure team , you\'ll apply your experience to meaningful civil infrastructure and land development projects that support growing communities across the Okanagan. You\'ll help deliver the roads, water systems, and environmental infrastructure that shape where people live, work, and thrive.

Your Impact

Deliver

feasibility studies to support project planning and decision-making.

Lead

and support preliminary and detailed design of civil infrastructure including roadworks, water supply systems, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, and stormwater management solutions.

Participate

in meetings with clients, municipalities, consultants, and contractors.

Manage

client expectations through proactive communication and technical guidance.

Support

proposal development and contribute to project pursuit strategies.

Collaborate

with multidisciplinary teams to deliver clear, practical, and resilient solutions.

The Skills That Set You Apart

A degree in Civil Engineering and registration (or eligibility) as a Professional Engineer (EGBC).

3+ years

of progressive experience in municipal engineering or land development.

Experience designing municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems.

Familiarity with municipal approval processes and working relationships with BC local governments, developers, and contractors.

Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or infrastructure modelling software (an asset).

MMCD Contract Administration accreditation (an asset).

A collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:

$77,400 - $102,500

MB & ON:

$70,600 - $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC : $69,900 - $92,900
