Job Description What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be working as a

Program Director

for

Mobile Program

under

RBC Digital Channels & Solutions . In this position you will drive, direct and oversee planning, delivery and implementation to ensure program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope and budget. You will be working closely with the various product stakeholders across the organization, internal partners, Project Managers, Delivery Integrators and other delivery groups. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting the program level oversight reports to keep the SMT appraise with key metrics. What will you do?

Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic, multi-workstream program from concept to value realization

Design and operate a scalable agile delivery framework that enables smooth flow, dependency management and execution transparency

Define and manage the program charter, roadmap, integrated delivery plan and cross-stream/cross-groups dependency model

Establish and maintain program-level governance, risk, and control frameworks including RAID logs, heatmaps, and escalation models

Identify, track, and resolve complex delivery, technical and business risks, escalating to execution and steering forums as required

Drive program financial management including forecasting, tracking, and value realization reporting

Manage scope and prioritization at program level based on alignment/guidance from senior leadership, dependencies, sequencing of deliverables, and economic decision frameworks to optimize outcomes

Define KPIs and performance metrics to track delivery health, flow, risk and benefit realization.

Champion strong execution assurance, compliance and delivery discipline without slowing teams down.

Build and maintain strong partnerships across product, technology, internal groups, SRE, and release management teams

Facilitate executive communications, review/decision forums, and cross-functional alignment.

What do you need to succeed? Must have

10 years + of demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex programs with high value, risks, and uncertainty

Proven success delivering cross-enterprise initiatives with significant mobile, web and/or client experience components

Strong experience operating in both Agile and hybrid delivery environments, including scaled agile frameworks

Expert level Influencing, Negotiation, Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills

Strong background in program planning, dependency management, roadmap development, metrics and executive reporting

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while maintaining delivery discipline

Nice have

Undergraduate degree (required)- Preferably in Business/Engineering

PMP/PgMP

Experience in financial services, regulated environments, and large digital transformation programs

Familiarity with lean portfolio management, flow metrics and value stream funding models
