Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at SitePartners. Based out of our Abbotsford HQ, this role will be fully dedicated to supporting a small number of our long‑term clients, who are large‑scale, public‑facing organizations, where you will serve as a strategic marketing partner embedded in their teams.
This is not a traditional agency role. You will operate as an embedded strategic marketing partner, working closely with 2-3 clients that operate within a structured, public‑facing environment. You will help shape marketing strategy, oversee execution, and ensure alignment across executive, communications, and operational stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is confident in navigating structured organizations, understands governance and approvals, and can manage complexity with clarity and professionalism.

The Role:
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating approved strategies into clear plans and actionable programs. You will build detailed roadmaps, define priorities, manage budgets, and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and on schedule. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance, and provide thoughtful reporting and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong operational discipline, sound judgement, and the ability to maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives.
Success in this position comes from being organized, proactive, and accountable, ensuring that marketing programs are executed with precision and deliver measurable results.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary marketing lead and trusted advisor for the client
Translate strategic direction into comprehensive marketing plans, annual work plans, campaign briefs, and executable roadmaps
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, paid media, communications, and creative channels
Build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and workplans to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and within scope
Oversee messaging consistency and brand alignment across all materials and touchpoints
Support in agency creative delivery across: Web and Digital Platforms, Videography, Digital Marketing and Content, Design and Resources
Coordinate internal strategists, designers, writers, and digital specialists to ensure clarity of direction and quality of output
Prepare concise, executive‑ready reports, updates, and presentations that communicate progress, impact, and next steps
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and forward momentum
Proactively identify risks, gaps, or process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, reporting systems, and marketing operations
Other duties as assigned.
A Little Bit About You:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred
5+ years experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role is required
Experience working in an in‑house marketing setting, preferably in the public sector or with an organization that impacts the general public (tourism, government, public safety, etc.)
Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally
Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail

The Perks:
Competitive salary: $80,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
