Present sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Sell four-figure local sponsorships up to larger long-term contracts

Future Growth Within the Organization
As HoopLife continues to expand nationally and Citrus and Unshakeable Sports Ministry grow alongside it, this role offers long-term leadership opportunities across sales, partnerships, operations, and executive management. High performers will have the ability to step into expanded regional responsibility, lead new market launches, oversee larger revenue portfolios, and grow with multiple companies under one mission-driven umbrella.
KPI-Driven Role
This is a performance-based, KPI-driven role. You will be measured on revenue generated, memberships closed, partnership contracts secured, renewal rates, follow-up discipline, and overall pipeline growth. Clear targets, scoreboards, and accountability structure the role to reward execution, consistency, and results.
Recurring Revenue & Book of Business
You will build a recurring book of business through annual membership renewals, multi-season program enrollments, and year-over-year corporate sponsorship agreements. As relationships compound, renewals generate predictable recurring income, increasing your commission base annually and creating long-term earning leverage through retention and expansion of accounts.
Building & Scaling Business Development
You will play a central role in growing and structuring the business development arm of the HoopLife location. As revenue expands, you will help build systems, train future sales staff, and develop scalable partnership processes. At the right timing, and in strategic alignment with HoopLife Headquarters, you will assist in recruiting, training, and leading additional team members to expand local business development capacity. This is a core growth priority tied directly to the long-term scale of the location.
