Pay Details $81,600 - $115,200 CAD. This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Job Description Department Overview

The Resiliency & Support team within the Credit Platform plays a crucial role in supporting various audit activities across multiple Lines of Business. Our team manages a wide range of applications that span diverse platforms and technologies. By interacting with every part of the Credit Platform, we provide strategic guidance and oversight on audit activities. With a strong sense of integrity and due diligence, we help mitigate potential risks to our business. Our primary focus lies in specialization within audit activities, ensuring that TD's reputation for good governance is safeguarded. We are relied upon to offer recommendations that enhance operational performance at every level, fostering meaningful process improvements and ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations. We analyze data, consult with our TCO, BISO partners, and stakeholders, and present our findings to mitigate current and emerging risks. This helps ensure that our daily operations run smoothly for our customers.

Key Accountabilities This role was created to support the Credit TS Audit, known as the Krypton Pod. Working across the full scope of the Credit TS Platform. The focus will be on Audit evidence gathering working with the various teams to ensure completeness and follow up on any outstanding items. Work within set guidelines to perform activities such as working with the Manager to oversee testing and planning activities as they arrive to avoid conflict with multiple audits and team deadlines. Working with the team to lead activities related to ensuring accurate responses, open communication with expectations to delivery timelines. The successful candidate will have experience working with internal and external audits, possess strong technical acumen, understand data analysis, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organization skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Supporting various audit activities while working across the Credit TS space and working towards the enhancement of the Attestations within AMH, ensuring transparent communications and ongoing oversight is maintained.

In the context of Audit response, partner with management to support the delivery of artifacts.

Assist with the management of team activities including but not limited to, gathering Audit artifacts, ensure compliance with control testing, proactively raise awareness of possible issues or deficiencies in the responses to Audit teams.

Work cohesively with various enterprise partners including Enterprise Protect, Internal Audit, Governance and Control partners as well as our external Audit partners.

In alignment with the product vision, create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will meet the needs of ongoing and upcoming audit & compliance related activities.

Participate in scrum ceremonies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Manage the delivery of audit and compliance related initiatives (i.e. QC of sustainability processes) and oversee the audit pod backlog.

Proactively raise issues that impede the effective and efficient delivery of audit requirements.

Work cohesively with various enterprise partners including Enterprise Protect, Internal Audit and other governance teams across the Bank.

Identify and remove blockers or elevate as needed.

Collaborate with TD Platforms & Technology to adhere to WIAM standards on process, tooling, and methodology.

Contributes to the Audit planning process for specific businesses/ functional units, including audit plans, resource requirements and budgets.

Has overall responsibility for completion of QA testing prior to audits RFI submission.

Performs testing of critical areas of audit. Performs review of audit documentation. Oversees findings follow up and issue validation.

Evaluates internal and external risks for assigned business lines and/or functions utilizing their subject matter expertise.

Acts as primary contact with management regarding audit scope, findings, and status.

Drive innovation culture.

Foster an environment/culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism.

Adopt new technology like Cloud adoption, Machine Learning, AI-based tools, RPA to continually enhance the capabilities offered by the QA team.

Experience And Education

5-7 years relevant experience

Ideal candidate should have experience working with Audit activities or experience in the field of supporting audit and testing on projects/programs as a lead or manager.

Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.

Experience in managing people and leading teams from diverse backgrounds (skills, nationality, work location, personalities etc.)

Ability to work autonomously and manage complex application / solution issues as needed, escalating to leadership or other stakeholders when necessary.

Collaborative team player and ability to play a leadership role in the team.

Future focused - foresees issues and gaps and identifies industry trends.

Good experience with SDLC practices of Agile, Behavioral and Test-Driven Development (Lean, Scrum, XP or similar) and their corresponding tooling.

Experience in working with different tech stacks like Mainframe, Distributed, Web, API etc.

Strong data analysis / interpretation skills & technical acumen with tools such as Excel & PowerBI to evaluate data.

Understanding of internal attestation platforms such as DIAMOND & AMH.

Experience collaborating with multiple partners to deliver strong outcomes.

TD Scaled Agile / Scrum.

Implementing automation capabilities

Experience in continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Testing (CT) to streamline QE processes (Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar).

Experience with Cloud, AI, and ML technologies.

Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate

Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)

Nice To Have

UI test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Mainframe automation (HACL) or similar)

API automation testing (using RestAssured, JUnit, Postman or similar)

Test Artifact Management tools (Jira, Confluence)

Dashboarding and Visualization (Kibana, Grafana, Tableau etc.)

Expert knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and procedures, as well as organization issues

Works independently and/or autonomously as a senior/ lead on a diverse range of tasks / operational support of solutions.
