Position Title:

Project Manager

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package:

Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall project execution, including site operations, manpower deployment, and progress tracking.

Develop and manage master construction schedules, including recovery or acceleration plans when required.

Review drawings, address inconsistencies, and coordinate clarifications with consultants.

Supervise construction sequencing, work methods, and effective allocation of resources.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain project quality standards.

Liaise closely with consultants, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring across all project phases.

Manage procurement processes, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and certify contractor payments.

Track project milestones and prepare periodic cost and progress reports for management review.

Prepare tender submissions, method statements, technical documentation, and related project proposals.

Handle budget control, cost monitoring, variation claims, and procurement coordination.

Diploma holder

is preferred.

At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role within the construction sector.

Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and financial control.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Solid knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
