Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing role located in Cornelius, Oregon. The COO will oversee daily Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Material and Purchasing departments. Responsibilities include managing and improving operational and production efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and compliance standards. Improving manufacturing scheduling, costs, inventory management, and efficiencies are key elements for the position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive organizational strategy and efficiency

Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making abilities
