Agile Technical Delivery Manager - QA Automation, Scrum, PO

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and business objectives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with engineering and architecture teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, product owners) to ensure smooth execution of technical initiatives. Oversee technical planning, solution design discussions, and architectural reviews. Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required. Implement Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming and retrospectives. Track project performance, KPIs, and deliverables, providing clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure alignment between technology solutions, security standards, compliance needs, and enterprise architecture guidelines. Manage vendor and third-party coordination for technical components, integrations, and deliverables. Drive continuous improvements in technical processes, delivery frameworks, documentation and operational efficiency.
