FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS ENGINEER

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS ENGINEER We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection System Engineer to join our team at S.N SYSTEM ENGINEERING PTE.LTD in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our fire protection systems across our operations.

What you’ll be doing

Report and monitor project progress to management.

Supervise and ensure works are in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.

Design, install, and maintain fire protection systems to meet all relevant safety standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire protection equipment to identify and address any issues.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on fire protection system operations.

Review and develop process documents, including technical specifications, piping material specifications, valve type and material selection.

Collaborate with stakeholders, such as local authorities and contractors, to ensure seamless implementation of fire protection measures.

Document all fire protection system activities and maintain detailed records.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fire protection technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.

What we’re looking for

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection system design, installation, and maintenance.

In‑depth knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, alarms, and extinguishing equipment.

Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply relevant safety standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work and ensuring the safety and compliance of fire protection systems.
