Job Description

Overview Jagger is partnering with a high‑growth B2B SaaS company in the GovTech space on a pivotal executive hire: VP & Head of Disclosure.

This is a true business unit leadership role with full revenue and retention accountability. The successful candidate will operate as the GM of a $20M+ product line, owning performance across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

This is not a pure product strategy role – it is an execution‑oriented leadership seat with direct impact on commercial outcomes.

What you’ll own

Full P&L responsibility for the Disclosure business unit

Leadership of a team of Product Managers

Revenue growth and retention performance (bonus tied to outcomes)

Go‑to‑market strategy and investment prioritization

Executive‑level business reviews and forecasting

External representation of the product at industry events and conferences

A leader who has owned a SaaS product line with revenue accountability

Experience managing product while influencing commercial functions

Strong cross‑functional operator comfortable driving execution

Someone who can act as the voice of the solution internally and externally

Experience in B2B SaaS (GovTech, FinTech, RegTech, analytics, or adjacent sectors preferred)

This role sits alongside other business unit leaders and reports into executive leadership, offering real ownership and influence within a scaling SaaS organization.
