We’re looking for an analytical Senior Market Analyst to help enhance the way our members experience Affinity.

What you’ll do:

Employ advanced analytics to provide data-driven insights to personalize marketing and member experiences

Develop strategies to enhance campaigns, along with interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and present performance and member experience metrics

Manage projects that enhance member research, data/intelligence collection, and the reporting of relevant insights

Integrate market and geospatial analysis to develop channel strategies, leveraging predictive models and external data to guide investment decisions

Design and execute predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and campaign performance analysis

Work with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and integrating multiple data sources for analysis

What you’ve got:

Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics) plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

In-depth knowledge in conducting complex market research and analysis, including presenting relevant business insights to support strategic decision‑making

Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and advanced data manipulation using SQL

Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes

Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI
