About The Role We’re hiring a

Store Manager

to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence

Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams

Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance

Create a strong customer-focused sales culture

Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting

Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations

Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures

About You

3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility

Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills

Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred

Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)

Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
