The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.**Job Description:****KEY QUALIFICATIONS*** Successful candidate for the role should have a solid background in data engineering or programming field, as this role is expected to own the issues in an end-to-end fashion while working closely with Data Engineer to resolve issues.* Ability to be hands on with data development work, including but not limited to data profiling to identify correct data elements, development of data pipelines, perform data load.* Ability to summarize and communicate issues/updates in simple and summarized view while maintaining the technical depth to drill down individual issues when asked.* Act as the POD owner delegate to provide overall POD leadership, refine backlog items and assign issues to POD member when required .* Able to communicate effectively both upstream and downstream to both data providers and business requirement stakeholders.* Understanding of existing TD data infrastructure would be considered an asset.**CUSTOMER*** Lead on complex analysis in an evolving data environment* Gather, analyze, document and maintain all data requirements related to the business applications, interfaces, and reporting environments in different kinds of data maps* Apply standards and best practices to ensure that the application’s data is accurate, complete, current, understandable, and accessible* Work with data owners to define and manage data dictionary / catalog for respective data platforms, systems / servers / applications* Flow to advice on efforts of data modelers, data warehouse/data integration developers, and data management process in data lakes, database usage and data warehousing* Adopt, maintain and enhance Enterprise Data Governance related policies, in alignment with TD's Enterprise standards* Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging data information management solutions and/or frameworks* Ensure respective programs / policies / practices are well managed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities* Provide leadership in cross-functional / enterprise
