We are seeking a skilled

IAM RBAC Specialist

to join our Delivery Services team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks within the organization’s identity governance model. The ideal candidate will ensure users are granted appropriate access aligned to their job responsibilities, while maintaining compliance, enforcing security standards, and supporting audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize RBAC frameworks across IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, etc.).

Conduct role mining and role engineering exercises based on least privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.

Define, document, and maintain role hierarchies, entitlements, and access control policies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional access requirements into technical role models.

Perform periodic access reviews, certifications, and audit support activities.

Support IAM initiatives including Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.

Analyze access data and entitlement structures to identify risk, redundancy, and optimization opportunities.

Troubleshoot access-related issues and support IAM service tickets.

Contribute to compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, internal controls, etc.).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt.

Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts including access reviews, entitlement management, and compliance reporting.

Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA technologies.

Proven experience in role mining and access data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.

Understanding of RBAC, ABAC concepts, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation The hourly rate for this position is CAD $40 – $55 per hour. At KeyData Cyber, we are committed to fair and competitive compensation.
