What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Create innovative and impactful research insights for technology leaders in the Software Engineering Architecture & Development group

Engage directly with clients to present research findings and provide actionable insights

Analyze client issues to identify root causes and assist in developing solution strategies

Research and predict technology and market trends, focusing on megatrends that redefine industries

Prepare and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and direct experience with leading large language models (LLMs) and associated markets

Experience leading agile software development teams and a thought leader in software architectures

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines

Strong proficiency in verbal communication and presentation skills, particularly engaging C-level clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proficiency with media and past media training experience

Experience in analyzing and synthesizing data from surveys and interviews

Knowledge of generative AI technologies used in custom-built software

Ability to represent research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements
