In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning regional operations with corporate objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving performance across teams and territories. What You Will Do

Lead and manage all Canadian operational functions, including workforce planning, client relations, compliance, and service delivery.

Serve as the primary executive liaison for Canadian clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, and collaborate with Executive Leadership to set strategic goals, report progress, and make operational decisions.

Supervise distributed teams across Canada and support Field and Project Managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Monitor business support functions to ensure smooth operations, contract compliance, and goal attainment.

Collaborate with Directors to review financials, drive profitability, and enhance synergies across support functions.

Develop, analyze, and improve business metrics to manage operations and lead initiatives that enhance safety, training, quality, productivity, customer service, and compliance.

Continuously review and standardize operational processes, identifying opportunities to integrate technology for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Coach and develop managers, provide ongoing performance feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Champion the Company’s mission and values, inspiring others to integrate them into daily decisions and activities.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident in public speaking, presenting, and engaging diverse audiences

Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with leadership

Organized with effective time management

Capable of analyzing complex issues and making sound decisions

Experienced in leading teams independently and collaboratively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technologies

Effective in managing personnel and fostering employee growth

Demonstrates integrity, credibility, and alignment with organizational values

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science or industry related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in utility corridor management, remote sensing, or vegetation management.

Experience and proven leadership ability, industry-specific knowledge gained through experience

Experience having applied seasoned business judgment to operational issues and advising on appropriate solutions

Working Environment This is a remote office environment with 40% travel requirements. The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
