What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client requirements

Work alongside functional teams and vendors to configure and test, ensuring no impact to the production environment

Become a Workday Payroll functional expert with deep knowledge of relevant systems and future product direction

Drive project decisions and recommend best practices related to functionality

Execute day‑to‑day activities of Workday projects for a variety of clients, including process design and project reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

2+ years of Workday experience in an implementation or post‑production support capacity

Experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions

Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage client expectations

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll highly preferred

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification preferred

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
