Position Overview: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead AI Developer. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions, focusing on pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee software development projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices. You will also monitor and optimize AI models, ensuring they meet technical standards and business goals.

Qualifications:

7–8+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related roles

Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.

Experience working with structured and unstructured data

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and model deployment

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
