Summary The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for providing proactive and quality financial planning, reporting and analysis to Bell management team. The Senior Manager, Finance will work collaboratively with the Finance and operations team to ensure month‑end processes, related reports, forecasting/budgeting responsibilities and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts for Field Services AGB and KPI programs, including coordination, consolidation and analysis of the plan

Prepare and present AGB and KPI financial results and budgets/forecasts to Field and Bell consolidation teams and Bell senior management team

Develop and monitor KPIs and program costs/benefits analyses, identifying gaps between actual and expected results to create actionable recommendations to achieve targets, and liaise with cross functional primes to ensure savings/spending is in line with target

Effectively manage and coordinate communication with multiple stakeholders across various AGB and KPI programs, ensuring deadlines are met, information is gathered and consolidated and collaboration drives innovative solutions

Support onboarding of new AGB programs through analysis of business cases and stakeholder partnerships

Create financial models and conduct deep‑dive analyses to evaluate business decisions and find opportunities as part of the strategic planning process

Coordinate and manage ad‑hoc project delivery

Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within Field Services and AGB/KPI portfolios

Critical Qualifications

University degree in finance or accounting and completion or enrolment in a CPA certification program

Must have 3-5 years’ experience in an analyst or management role

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills with ability to multi‑task and meet conflicting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a management role

Experience with SAP, BPC or other similar ERP software

Knowledge of VBA

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
