What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Respond to medical inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals in English and/or French

Enter and manage Medical Information requests in the designated database

Develop timely responses to complex inquiries and maintain relevant medical information materials

Document and forward Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints to appropriate personnel

Assist in audit preparation and manage email correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related discipline

Bilingual in English and French

1-2 years of experience in Medical Information, Drug Safety, or Clinical Research within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of pharmacovigilance industry and guidelines from Health Canada, US-FDA, and ICH

Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Experience with MS Office programs and Adobe Pro
