Zone the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and product is in the correct location Rotate stock and check for expired products Ensure the merchandise is properly signed and priced Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels Schedule
