Responding to incidents, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions

Supporting budget planning and vendor contract management

Helping drive infrastructure lifecycle planning and upgrades

Supporting compliance audits and regulatory requirements

Being available after‑hours for emergencies (because you’re the kind of person who gets things done)

What You Bring

5+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical systems in mission‑critical environments

Solid background with chiller systems (closed loop and DX units)

Mechanical/electrical license is a plus

Strong organizational skills—you can juggle priorities like a pro

Hands‑on knowledge of BMS, CMMS, EPMS, Microsoft Office, and data center best practices

Comfortable lifting and racking up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces when needed

Knowledge of building codes and standards (RBQ, CCQ, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.) is a bonus

You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines. The position also involves physical activity, including lifting and installing equipment (up to 50 lbs), working in confined spaces, and operating in elevated locations—all while following strict safety guidelines.
