Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Must-Have Skills

6–8 years of Salesforce development experience

Strong experience with Service Cloud

Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

Experience with custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)

Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions

Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components

Configure Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel)

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and security

Participate in testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions
