Director, Business Development & Technical Services EcoSynthetix Inc., a TSX listed renewable chemicals company, is seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to drive growth and technical success across our bio-based solutions for wood composites, pulp, tissue, paper & packaging, and CASE markets.

What You’ll Do

Lead market development and technical strategy

Build strong customer relationships (C-suite to operations)

Support trials, onboarding, and commercialization

Translate customer needs into product direction

Guide partnership evaluations and technical fit

Lead and grow the Customer Solutions team

What You Bring

10+ years’ experience in wood composites, pulp, tissue, paper & packaging, or CASE markets

Strong technical understanding of binder/resin/polymer systems

Proven customer problem-solving ability

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Science degree + willingness to travel
