Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate the execution of complex technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and departments. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success from initiation through delivery. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate discovery sessions with all key stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment on project goals. Lead planning sessions including grooming of epics and user stories, identifying dependencies, effort sizing, resource planning, and developing detailed release plans. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as Scrum-of-Scrum meetings with impacted teams to keep projects on track. Oversee the execution of sprints, define testing strategies, manage test execution, defects, and coordinate release activities. Promote cross-department collaboration across technology, business, infrastructure, and other stakeholders involved in the projects. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and other barriers to meet deadlines. Provide clear and effective communication, ensuring transparency of project status, health, and key issues to team members and senior management. Qualifications

Proven experience in managing complex technology projects and programs. Strong facilitation, leadership, and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and mitigation. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
