You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse technical ecosystem, including technologies such as Vue, React, JavaScript, Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Docker, Terraform, and AWS. What matters most is your drive to grow, your respect for the team, and your ability to keep a sense of humor along the way.

Minimum Qualifications

Brings 6+ years of hands‑on experience on a development team.

Is proficient in Java and eager to adopt new technologies.

Has built and shipped reliable, high‑performance REST APIs.

Cares about database and query performance (bonus if you’ve worked with Snowflake).

Is excited about architectural and system design.

Knows Agile/Scrum and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

Values craftsmanship; code reviews, automated testing, microservices, and continuous delivery are second nature.

Has experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).

Comfortable owning services end‑to‑end, including on‑call and direct client interaction.

Learns fast, asks smart questions, and balances confidence with humility.

Leads with proactivity, transparency, accountability, and strong communication.

Helps shape a positive, inclusive team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with large‑scale email processing and tracking.

An expertise in serverless, queuing, and streaming architecture.

A background in the finance industry.

Proven skills with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, Kinesis, Kafka, SendGrid, Postfix, and Terraform.
