About the Role
As a Senior Principal, you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. You will lead functional and technical solutions, guide teams through the project lifecycle, interface with senior clients, and contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management, and capability‑building within Infosys Consulting.
Responsibilities
Sales / Project Acquisition
Support leadership in proposal development, develop client relationships, lead solution definition, and articulate our unique point of view through thought‑leadership media.
Project Execution
Collaborate with clients to define long‑term vision and strategies, design future processes and organizations, conduct requirements workshops, target processes with best practices, transfer knowledge, manage project execution, and coach team members.
People Development
Mentor and coach team members, share knowledge, and serve as People Manager for junior consultants.
Practice Development
Create/contribute S/4HANA practice artifacts, contribute to growth through recruitment, training and retention, and provide thought leadership to develop innovative assets.
Qualifications
10+ years of SAP program, lead or project management experience, including 5+ years in project management.
At least 3 full‑lifecycle S/4 implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation lifecycle.
Proven track record of leading and managing large and small global/local teams.
Experience with Package Implementation Methodology, SAP Activate or similar methodologies.
Experience with SAP programs in industrial CPG & logistics sectors.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent (or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education).
Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven leadership with both large and small teams.
Foundation in consulting, with at least 10 years of consulting experience.
Strong personal and professional values and entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience with cross‑cultural teams and flexible support across time zones.
MBA or other relevant post‑graduate degree.
Compensation
Estimated annual compensation: $185,140 CAD – $277,480 CAD.

Responsabilités
Ventes / Acquisition de projets
Soutenir l’équipe dirigeante, développer des relations clients, diriger la définition des solutions, et présenter notre point de vue unique via des médias de leadership intellectuel.
Exécution des projets
Collaborer avec les clients pour définir la vision, contribuer à la conception des processus, animer des ateliers de recueil des besoins, proposer des processus cibles, transférer les connaissances, soutenir la gestion d'exécution et coacher l’équipe.
Développement des personnes
Encadrer les membres de l’équipe, partager les connaissances, et être People Manager.
Développement de la pratique
Créer/contribuer aux artefacts de la pratique S4HANA, contribuer à la croissance par le recrutement et la formation, et apporter du leadership intellectuel.
Qualifications de base
Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets SAP, dont 5 ans en gestion de projet.
Au moins 3 cycles complets d’implémentation S/4 (toutes phases) en dirigeant la mise en œuvre.
Expérience avérée dans la direction et la gestion d’équipes, globales et locales.
Connaissance approfondie de la méthodologie de mise en œuvre.
Expérience avec les dirigeants clients, capacité d’influence.
Excellentes compétences en communication.
Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 100 %.
Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent étranger.
Autorisés à travailler au Canada sans parrainage de visa.
Qualifications Préférées
Leadership avéré sur de grandes et petites équipes.
Expérience de conseil d'au moins 10 ans.
Valeurs personnelles solides et esprit entrepreneurial.
Expérience d'équipes interculturelles.
MBA ou diplôme de troisième cycle.
Rémunération
Rémunération annuelle estimée : 185 140 CAD – 277 480 CAD.
