Responsibilities
Own the digital product requirements and oversee solution delivery across the platforms used to support programs offered at Specialty Health Network.
Lead a product team in the build and delivery of digital requirements to ensure solutions are scalable, minimizing technical debt and/or system complexity.
Champion a team that understands the business, its processes, and objectives, where we’re able to translate requirements into actionable next steps.
Participate as a core team member in the product discovery, planning, and launch stages of all projects that involve digital needs.
Handle partner expectations and internal deadlines to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define and guide product changes, as programs shift and evolve over time.
Support cross-functional teams in digital change management and operational efficiency of digital solutions.
Lead the planning and delivery of the product aspects of our systems strategy and digital roadmap year over year.
Be the digital subject matter expert, with the ability to showcase our current digital offerings to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Strategically manage the end-to-end product backlog process, including intake, prioritization, and refinement, through an agile framework, ensuring all requirements are aligned with the overall product strategy.
Leverage data and analytics to assess product performance, adoption, and impact, using these insights to inform strategic digital roadmap decisions and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage product release cycles in collaboration with appropriate teams, to ensure that deliverables are prioritized and delivered based on the committed date.
Ensure that accurate communication and documentation is published for all changes and improvements made to our systems, which is then made available for reference in future.
Qualifications
Education, or related experience in Software Product Management.
Knowledge in Agile methodologies and framework.
Proficient in working with applications such like Jira, Confluence and Microsoft suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent project management skills, including working cross functionally to support change management, and implementation planning.
Demonstrated ability to use data analytics for strategic decision-making and product roadmap development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional setting with internal as well as external partners.
