What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Respond to medical inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and clients in English and/or French

Maintain and update medical information databases and develop responses to complex inquiries

Document and forward adverse events and product quality complaints according to established procedures

Generate reports summarizing key performance indicators and respond to client inquiries about these reports

Assist in audit preparation and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related discipline

Bilingual, fluent in English and French

1-2 years of experience in Medical Information, Drug Safety, Clinical Research, or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet strict deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of pharmacovigilance industry standards and guidelines

Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Experience using MS Office programs and Adobe Pro

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex medical information
