About the Position: The ERP Business Analyst partners with Finance and NA business stakeholders to define, optimize, and support end-to-end finance processes within ALS's Oracle ERP Environment. This role translates business needs into functional requirements, drives process standardization, supports Oracle finance solution design and enhancements, and ensures processes, controls, and reporting meet business and compliance needs across multiple entities, currencies, and regions.

Specific Responsibilities:

Build working relationships with finance teams understanding their processes and staying abreast of planned changes

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP‑related finance initiatives across diverse platforms. • Drive assigned projects aligned with the strategic direction of the Global ERP Director, Corporate Finance, and senior leadership

Identify and propose new initiatives or improvements that optimize financial systems and processes.

Ensure solutions comply with finance standards, including IFRS, and internal audit requirements.

Maintain a strong understanding of core finance processes and recommend process improvements.

Partner with finance teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders.

Support testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.

Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices

Use correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring analytical quality;

Observe established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures;

Monitoring production support incident queue and ticket assignment.

Other duties as assigned.

Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Finance Systems Analyst supporting ERP finance processes.

Strong finance and accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, accruals, reconciliations, period close).

Experience with one or more ERP: Oracle Fusion, MS Business Central, SAP, Pronto, Totvs is strongly preferred

Our Benefits Include

An estimated annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
